WHATS INVOLVED?

The Challenge will begin at the brand new, state-of-the-art Anytime Fitness facility in Secret Harbour where Alan will look after you for your Evolt 360 Body Composition Scan. This 60 second scan will give you a comprehensive report on your overall health and fitness, including data such as lean muscle mass, protein mass, total body fat, total body water, visceral fat, bio age, basal metabolic rate and more.

The 5 day PressedPlus Protein Juice cleanse can begin at any time although the earlier the better as this will provide you a massive influx of nutrients. Every bottle contains 1.5kg of fresh produce, no added sugar, gluten free, gmo free, and vegan. Three bottles per day plus wholesome soups and salads.

12 x 40 minute Cocoon OR 12 x 30 minute RedFit Virtual RPM Les Mills bike sessions with a minimum of 3 sessions per week. The Evolt body composition scans will be calculated and winners will be notified.
